Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to MBA, MCA and M.SC degree programmes of distance mode for the calendar year 2012 Batch

MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
Eligibility: A pass in any bachelor’s degree (the degree must have been obtained under 10+2+3 pattern). The candidates should have studied Core Mathematics either at +2 level or Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer oriented subject as one of the subjects at the degree level and a pass in the distance education entrance test (DEET) conducted by Anna university ChennaiMaster of Science (M.Sc) - Information Technology (4 semesters)
Eligibility: A pass in B.Sc (the degree must have been obtained under 10+2+3 pattern) (Mathematics/ Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Electronics) or B.Sc (Physics/Statistics/ Chemistry) or B.Sc with Mathematics or Computer Science as allied subject or B.Sc applied sciences (Computer technology/ Information technology/Computer systems maintenance and networking) or BCA or B.E./B.Tech any branch and a pass in the distance education entrance test (DEET) conducted by Anna university Chennai
A Printed application forms can be obtained in person from the director, centre for distance education, Anna University, Chennai-600025
The cost of application form is Rs 650/- payable in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of the director, centre for distance education, Anna University, Chennai-600025
Those who want to get the application form by Post should send requisition letter along with DD for Rs. 700/- before 24.12.2011.
Application form can also be obtained in person from the following Study Centres located outside Chennai, on payment of Rs. 650/- by each.

Application form can also be downloaded from the website of the Centre. In such cases the candidates should enclose a DD of Rs. 650/- along with completed application.

Candidates submitting the completed applications in person at the Centre for Distance Education, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025, can get the Hall Ticket immediately.

Note:
Study Centres will be operated in Tamil Nadu only where there are sufficient number of candidates.
Candidates awaiting results of the qualifying Examination may also apply for admission and have to produce a copy of the relevant Provisional / Degree Certificate at the time of Counselling and admission.
MCA & M.Sc Programme will be offered in Chennai only.
No Entrance Test for M.Sc (IT) Programme
A limited number of previous year’s Entrance Test Question Papers are available for sales @ Rs. 25/- each at the Centre for Distance Education, Anna University, Chennai – 600 025.
